Despatch

- Belles & Co. remains open as usual and parcels continue to despatch daily.

Shipping

- We continue to offer FREE Royal Mail 24 shipping

- Royal Mail collect our parcels daily. This is a no contact collection to comply with social distancing measures.

- Your parcel will usually arrive next working day. However, in the current climate Royal Mail may take a little longer you deliver your order. Each parcel is barcoded so we are always able to check the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail tracking website.

Returns

- We continue to offer FREE Royal Mail returns

- We are extending our returns period, because flexibility is the only option in these unprecedented strange times isn’t it? :-)

- You can still return now if you happen to be out on your normal daily exercise.
